サービス利用規約

1. 本ゲームに関するすべての権利および知的財産権は、株式会社エバーストーンに帰属します。

2. ユーザーによって発生するすべての問題について、株式会社エバーストーンは責任を負いません。

3. ゲームソフトウェアおよびデータの改変・変造、常識を逸脱した行為、または不正なネットワークアクセスは禁止されています。これらの行為が発覚した場合、ネットワーク接続の永久遮断および法的損害賠償を請求する可能性があります。

4. 不正な端末や不正な方法によるゲームのダウンロードおよび起動は、正常に動作しない場合があります。

5. ネットワーク接続時、接続環境によりゲームのネットワーク機能が遅延したり制限されたりする場合があり、これによって発生した損失については一切の責任を負いません。

6. ユーザー間で送受信されるすべてのデータ（違法取引、暴言、ニックネーム、著作権侵害など）に問題があると判断された場合、事前の警告なしに削除されることがあります。これらのコンテンツに対する法的責任は、アップロードしたユーザー本人にあり、株式会社エバーストーンは責任を負いません。

7. ゲームアカウントは他人と共有してはならず、不注意によりアカウント情報が流出したことによる不利益について、株式会社エバーストーンは一切の責任を負いません。

8. ゲーム内のネットワーク機能は、メンテナンス、サーバーの交換、障害などの理由により、サービスの提供が一時的に中断または一部制限されることがあります。

9. 正式なユーザー認証のため、初回起動時にサーバーから認証情報を取得します。ゲームの認証が行われた際には、利用者の情報（電話番号、接続ログ、認証日時、購入履歴、ゲームバージョン）が保存されます。

10. ユーザー認証以外にも、ゲームに接続する際には、正規ユーザーかどうか、ネットワーク登録状態を確認するための認証手続きが行われる場合があります。また、ゲーム内アイテムおよびキャッシュの有効期限は、ゲームサービスの終了時までです。

11. モバイル端末を変更するか、アプリケーションを削除すると、データが初期化される可能性があります。

12. 購入した有料アイテムについては、購入日から7日以内であれば、払い戻し（申込撤回）が可能です。

13. ただし、以下の場合には払い戻しができないことがあります：購入後7日を経過した場合、アイテムを使用した場合、商品の価値が著しく減少した場合、またはその他の正当な理由がある場合。

14. モバイル端末の管理責任は、利用者本人にあり、第三者に使用させてはなりません。端末の管理不備や第三者による使用を許可したことにより発生した損害については、株式会社エバーストーンは一切責任を負いません。

15. 株式会社エバーストーンは、ユーザーの個人を特定できる情報（マイナンバー、生年月日、メールアドレスなど）は一切収集いたしません。

払い戻し（申込撤回）に関するご案内
商品を使用していない場合に限り、購入から7日以内であれば払い戻し（申込撤回）が可能です。
また、法定代理人の同意を得ていない未成年者による取引は、取り消しの対象となります。
（ただし、決済に使用された携帯電話やクレジットカードなどの名義人が成年者である場合、取り消しが制限されることがあります。）

 

以下の場合には、有料サービスの払い戻しが制限されることがあります：用直後に結果が決定される確率型アイテムの場合

1. 購入後すぐに使用が開始される、または即時にサービスに反映されるアイテムの場合

2. 毎日特典などの定額制商品やマイレージポイントなど、追加で提供された特典がすでに使用された場合

3. メールやインベントリに支給されたアイテムを受け取った、または開封した場合

4. 抽選行為によって使用されたと見なされる、または使用直後に結果が決定される確率型アイテムの場合

1. 본 게임의 모든 권리, 지적 재산은 (주)에버스톤에 귀속 됩니다.

2. 유저에 의해 발생되는 사항들에 대해서는 (주)에버스톤이 책임지지 않습니다.

3. 게임 소프트웨어 및 데이터 수정 및 변형, 비상식적인 행동, 비정상적인 네트워크 접근을 금지, 해당 행위를 적발될 경우 네트워크 연결 영구차단 및 법적 손해를 이용자에게 물을 수 있습니다.

4. 비정상적인 단말기, 비정상적인 방법을 통한 게임 다운로드 및 실행의 경우 제대로 작동되지 않을 수 있습니다.

5. 네트워크 접속 시, 접속 환경에 따라 게임의 네트워크 관련기능이 느려지거나 제한이 있을 수 있으며, 이로 인한 손실은 책임지지 않습니다.

6. 유저간에 주고받는 모든 데이터에 문제(불법거래, 욕설, 닉네임, 저작권 등)의 소지가 있을 경우 경고 없이 삭제될 수 있으며, 해당 콘텐츠에 대한 법적 책임은 업로드한 유저 본인에게 있으며 이에 대해 (주)에버스톤은 책임을 지지 않습니다.

7. 게임계정은 타인과 공유하면 안되고, 본인 부주의로 인한 계정유출을 통한 불이익은 (주)에버스톤이 책임지지 않습니다.

8. 게임 내 네트워크 기능은 점검, 서버교체 및 고장 등의 사유로 서비스의 제공이 잠정적으로 중지되거나, 일부 제한 될 수 있습니다.

9. 정식 사용자 인증을 위해 최초 1회 서버에서 인증서를 받아옵니다. 게임인증을 진행하시면 이용자 정보(휴대전화번호, 접속 로그 및 인증일자, 결제기록, 게임버전)가 저장됩니다.

10. 사용자 인증 외에 게임에 접속 시 정식 사용자여부 및 네트워크 등록 여부를 체크하기 위해 인증절차가 진행 될 수 있습니다. 또한, 게임 아이템 및 캐시는 게임 서비스 종료 시까지만 유효합니다.

11. 휴대전화 단말기 교체, 또는 해당 애플리케이션의 삭제하면 데이터가 초기화됩니다.

12. 구매한 유료아이템의 청약철회는 구매 후 7일 이내에 청약철회 신청을 할 수 있습니다.

13. 청약철회가 가능한 경우에도 구매 후 7일이 지났거나 사용한 경우, 재화 등의 가치가 현저히 감소한 경우, 기타 이용자의 청약철회가 제한될 수 있는 사유가 발생한 경우에는 청약철회가 제한될 수 있습니다.

14. 모바일 단말기에 관한 관리책임은 이용자 본인에게 있으며 이를 제3자가 이용하도록 하여서는 안됩니다. 모바일 기기의 관리부실 또는 제3자에게 이용을 승낙함으로 인해 발생하는 손해에 대해서는 (주)에버스톤이 책임지지 않습니다.

15. (주)에버스톤은 주민등록번호, 생년월일, 이메일주소 등 개인을 명확하게 식별할 수 있는 이용자의 개인정보는 일체 수집하지 않습니다.

​​청약철회 안내

상품을 사용하지 않은 경우 7일 내 청약철회가 가능하며, 법정대리인의 동의를 받지 않은 미성년자 거래는 취소할 수 있습니다.
(단, 결제가 진행된 휴대폰 또는 신용카드 등 결제 수단의 명의자가 성년일 경우에는 취소가 제한됩니다.)

다음과 같은 경우, 유료 서비스의 청약철회가 제한될 수 있습니다.

1. 구매 후 즉시 사용이 시작되거나 서비스에 바로 적용되는 아이템의 경우

2. 추가로 제공되는 혜택이 사용된 경우 ex) 매일 혜택과 같은 정액제 상품, 마일리지 포인트 등

3. 우편 혹은 인벤토리로 지급된 상품을 받거나 오픈한 경우

4. 뽑기행위를 사용으로 볼 수 있거나 뽑는 즉시 효과가 결정되는 확률형 아이템의 경우

Term of Service

1. All rights and intellectual property related to this game belong to Everstone Co., Ltd.

2. Everstone Co., Ltd. is not responsible for any issues arising from user activities.

3. Modifying or altering the game software and data, engaging in irrational behavior, or attempting abnormal network access is prohibited. If such actions are detected, network access may be permanently blocked, and legal damages may be pursued against the user.

4. The game may not function properly if downloaded or executed on an abnormal device or through abnormal methods.

5. Network-related features of the game may slow down or be restricted depending on the network environment, and any losses resulting from this are not the responsibility of Everstone Co., Ltd.

6. Any data exchanged between users that is deemed problematic (e.g., illegal transactions, abusive language, nicknames, copyright issues) may be deleted without warning, and the legal responsibility for such content lies with the user who uploaded it. Everstone Co., Ltd. is not responsible for these issues.

7. Game accounts should not be shared with others, and Everstone Co., Ltd. is not responsible for any disadvantages resulting from account leakage due to user negligence.

8. The game’s network functions may be temporarily suspended or partially restricted due to reasons such as maintenance, server replacement, or malfunction.

9. For official user authentication, a certificate is obtained from the server upon the first use. During game authentication, user information (mobile phone number, access logs, authentication date, payment records, game version) will be stored.

10. Besides user authentication, additional authentication procedures may be required when accessing the game to verify the official user status and network registration. Also, game items and in-game currency are only valid until the game service ends.

11. Data will be reset if the mobile device is replaced or the application is deleted.

12. You may request a refund for purchased paid items within 7 days of purchase.

13. Even if a refund request is possible, it may be restricted if more than 7 days have passed since the purchase, if the item has been used, if the value of the item or currency has significantly decreased, or if other reasons arise that may limit the user's ability to request a refund.

14. The user is responsible for managing their mobile device, and it should not be made available for use by third parties. Everstone Co., Ltd. is not responsible for any damages resulting from poor management of the mobile device or allowing third parties to use it.

15. Everstone Co., Ltd. does not collect any personal information that can clearly identify the user, such as resident registration numbers, birthdates, or email addresses.

​Refund Policy

If the product has not been used, you can request a refund within 7 days of purchase. Additionally, transactions made by minors without the consent of their legal guardian can be canceled.
(However, if the payment method used, such as the mobile phone or credit card, is in the name of an adult, the cancellation may be restricted.)

Refunds for paid services may be restricted in the following cases:

1. If the item is immediately used or applied to the service after purchase.

2. If additional benefits have been used, such as subscription-based products offering daily benefits or mileage points.

3. If the product has been received or opened via mail or inventory.

4. If the item is a probability-based item where the effect is determined immediately upon use or draw.
