LoveLove 이용약관 / Terms of Service / サービス利用規約

본 앱(LoveLove)의 모든 권리, 지적 재산은 (주)에버스톤에 귀속됩니다.

이용자에 의해 발생되는 사항들에 대해서는 (주)에버스톤이 책임지지 않습니다.

앱 소프트웨어 및 데이터의 수정·변형, 비정상적인 방법을 통한 이용을 금지하며, 해당 행위가 적발될 경우 법적 손해를 이용자에게 물을 수 있습니다. 또한 이러한 변형으로 인해 앱이 정상적으로 작동하지 않을 수 있습니다.

비정상적인 단말기, 비정상적인 방법을 통한 앱 다운로드 및 실행의 경우 제대로 작동되지 않을 수 있습니다.

본 앱은 광고 송출 및 인앱결제 확인을 위해서만 네트워크에 접속합니다. 접속 환경에 따라 광고 로딩이나 구매 복원이 지연되거나 제한될 수 있으며, 이로 인한 손실은 책임지지 않습니다.

본 앱은 별도의 계정이나 로그인 절차가 없습니다. 게임 진행 데이터는 이용자의 단말기에만 저장되며, 회사의 서버로 전송되거나 보관되지 않습니다.

회사는 이용자를 식별할 수 있는 정보(휴대전화번호, 접속 로그, 인증일자 등)를 수집하거나 저장하지 않습니다.

인앱으로 구매한 콘텐츠는 구매에 사용한 Google 계정에 귀속되며, 앱 서비스 종료 시까지 유효합니다. 동일한 Google 계정으로 재설치 시 구매 내역을 복원할 수 있습니다.

게임 데이터는 단말기에만 저장되므로, 휴대전화 단말기를 교체하거나 앱을 삭제하면 데이터가 초기화되며 복구할 수 없습니다. (구매한 유료 상품은 8항에 따라 복원 가능합니다.)

광고 제공자 또는 Google Play의 사정, 점검 등의 사유로 광고 송출이나 인앱결제 기능의 제공이 잠정적으로 중지되거나 일부 제한될 수 있습니다.

구매한 유료 상품(‘광고 제거’ 인앱상품 포함)의 청약철회는 구매 후 7일 이내에 신청할 수 있습니다.

청약철회가 가능한 경우에도 구매 후 7일이 지났거나 사용한 경우, 재화 등의 가치가 현저히 감소한 경우, 기타 이용자의 청약철회가 제한될 수 있는 사유가 발생한 경우에는 청약철회가 제한될 수 있습니다.

모바일 단말기에 관한 관리책임은 이용자 본인에게 있으며 이를 제3자가 이용하도록 하여서는 안 됩니다. 모바일 기기의 관리부실 또는 제3자에게 이용을 승낙함으로 인해 발생하는 손해에 대해서는 (주)에버스톤이 책임지지 않습니다.

(주)에버스톤은 주민등록번호, 생년월일 등 개인을 직접 명확하게 식별할 수 있는 정보는 수집하지 않습니다. 다만, 앱 내 광고 송출을 위해 제3자 광고 제공자가 광고 식별자 등을 처리할 수 있습니다.

본 앱은 제3자 광고를 송출할 수 있으며, ‘광고 제거’ 인앱상품을 구매하면 앱 내 광고가 제거됩니다. 광고에 표시되는 제3자 콘텐츠에 대해 (주)에버스톤은 책임을 지지 않습니다.

Everstone Co., Ltd. is not responsible for any issues arising from user activities.

Modifying or altering the app software and data, or using the app through abnormal methods, is prohibited. If such actions are detected, legal damages may be pursued against the user. Such modifications may also prevent the app from functioning properly.

The app may not function properly if downloaded or executed on an abnormal device or through abnormal methods.

This app connects to the network only to deliver advertisements and to verify in-app purchases. Depending on the network environment, ad loading or purchase restoration may be delayed or restricted, and any losses resulting from this are not the responsibility of Everstone Co., Ltd.

This app has no account and no login procedure. Game progress data is stored only on the user's device and is neither transmitted to nor retained on any company server.

The company does not collect or store information that could identify a user, such as mobile phone numbers, access logs, or authentication dates.

Content purchased through in-app purchases is tied to the Google account used for the purchase and remains valid until the app service ends. Purchases can be restored by reinstalling with the same Google account.

Because game data is stored only on the device, replacing your mobile device or deleting the app will reset the data, and it cannot be recovered. (Purchased paid products can still be restored as described in clause 8.)

Advertisement delivery or in-app purchase functionality may be temporarily suspended or partially restricted due to circumstances involving the advertising provider or Google Play, including maintenance.

You may request a refund for purchased paid products (including the "Remove Ads" in-app product) within 7 days of purchase.

Even if a refund request is possible, it may be restricted if more than 7 days have passed since the purchase, if the product has been used, if the value of the goods has significantly decreased, or if other reasons arise that may limit the user's ability to request a refund.

The user is responsible for managing their mobile device, and it should not be made available for use by third parties. Everstone Co., Ltd. is not responsible for any damages resulting from poor management of the mobile device or allowing third parties to use it.

Everstone Co., Ltd. does not collect information that can directly and clearly identify an individual, such as resident registration numbers or birthdates. However, third-party advertising providers may process the advertising identifier and similar information for the purpose of delivering in-app advertisements.

This app may display third-party advertisements, and purchasing the "Remove Ads" in-app product removes advertisements within the app. Everstone Co., Ltd. is not responsible for third-party content shown in advertisements.

本アプリ（LoveLove）に関するすべての権利および知的財産権は、株式会社エバーストーンに帰属します。

ユーザーによって発生するすべての問題について、株式会社エバーストーンは責任を負いません。

アプリソフトウェアおよびデータの改変・変造、不正な方法による利用は禁止されています。これらの行為が発覚した場合、法的損害賠償を請求する可能性があります。また、このような改変によりアプリが正常に動作しない場合があります。

不正な端末や不正な方法によるアプリのダウンロードおよび起動は、正常に動作しない場合があります。

本アプリは、広告の配信およびアプリ内課金の確認のためにのみネットワークに接続します。接続環境により、広告の読み込みや購入の復元が遅延・制限される場合があり、これによって発生した損失については一切の責任を負いません。

本アプリにはアカウントおよびログイン手続きがありません。ゲームの進行データは利用者の端末内にのみ保存され、当社のサーバーへ送信・保管されることはありません。

当社は、利用者を識別できる情報（携帯電話番号、接続ログ、認証日時など）を収集または保存いたしません。

アプリ内課金で購入したコンテンツは、購入に使用したGoogleアカウントに帰属し、アプリサービスの終了時まで有効です。同一のGoogleアカウントで再インストールすることで、購入履歴を復元できます。

ゲームデータは端末内にのみ保存されるため、端末を変更するか、アプリを削除するとデータが初期化され、復元することはできません。（購入した有料商品は第8項に従い復元可能です。）

広告提供者またはGoogle Playの事情、メンテナンスなどの理由により、広告の配信やアプリ内課金機能の提供が一時的に中断または一部制限されることがあります。

購入した有料商品（「広告除去」のアプリ内商品を含む）については、購入日から7日以内であれば、払い戻し（申込撤回）が可能です。

ただし、以下の場合には払い戻しができないことがあります：購入後7日を経過した場合、商品を使用した場合、財貨などの価値が著しく減少した場合、またはその他の正当な理由がある場合。

モバイル端末の管理責任は、利用者本人にあり、第三者に使用させてはなりません。端末の管理不備や第三者による使用を許可したことにより発生した損害については、株式会社エバーストーンは一切責任を負いません。

株式会社エバーストーンは、マイナンバー、生年月日など、個人を直接明確に識別できる情報は収集いたしません。ただし、アプリ内の広告配信のために、第三者広告提供者が広告識別子などを処理する場合があります。

本アプリは第三者広告を配信することがあり、「広告除去」のアプリ内商品を購入すると、アプリ内の広告が除去されます。広告に表示される第三者コンテンツについて、株式会社エバーストーンは責任を負いません。
