当社は、円滑なカスタマーサポート、各種サービスの提供、データ統計のために、以下の個人情報を収集いたします。

    • ​携帯電話番号、接続ログおよび認証日時、決済記録、ゲームバージョン

  2. 収集方法

    • ゲーム購入後の初回起動時、ゲームプレイ中、ネットワーク接続時に情報を収集いたします。

 

3. 個人情報の収集および利用目的
当社は、収集した個人情報を以下の目的の範囲内で使用し、原則としてユーザーの同意なくこの範囲を超えて利用することや、外部に開示することはありません。
ただし、ユーザーが事前に同意した場合、または法令に基づく要請があった場合にはこの限りではありません。

  1. 供および料金決済のための利用

    • コンテンツ提供、特定のカスタマイズサービス、正規購入の認証、課金処理など

  2. 顧客管理

    • 本人確認、個人識別、不正行為・不正使用の防止、認証意思の確認、トラブル対応のための記録保存、お知らせの通知など

  3. 新サービスの開発およびマーケティングへの活用

    • 新機能開発、統計的特性に基づくサービス提供と広告表示、サービスの有効性確認、アクセス頻度や利用統計の把握など

 

4. 個人情報の保有および利用期間

ユーザーの同意に基づき収集した個人情報は、当該アプリケーションの利用期間中に限り保有・利用されます。

ユーザーから削除の要請があった場合、復元できない方式にて完全に削除され、以降の閲覧や利用は不可能な状態となります。

ただし、法令により保存が必要な場合、当社は以下の通り関係法令に基づき情報を一定期間保管いたします。

収集された個人情報は、利用目的が達成され次第、速やかに破棄されます。破棄手続きおよび方法は以下の通りです。

  1. 利用目的の達成後、社内方針および関連法令に従い一定期間保管されたのち、安全な方法により破棄されます。

  2. 電子的に保存された個人情報は、復元不可能な技術的手段により削除されます。

 

6. ユーザーおよび法定代理人の権利とその行使方法

  1. ユーザーおよびその法定代理人は、いつでも個人情報の削除を要求することができます。削除を希望される場合は、株式会社エバーストーン（051-900-9009）までご連絡ください。迅速に対応いたします。

  2. ユーザーまたは法定代理人の要請により解約・削除された情報は、第4項に記載された保有・利用期間に従って処理され、それ以外の目的では閲覧・利用されることはありません。

회사는 수집한 개인정보를 다음의 목적을 위해 고지한 범위내에서 사용 및 활용하며, 원칙적으로 이용자의 사전동의 없이는 동 범위를 초과하여 이용하거나 이용자의 개인정보를 외부에 공개하지 않습니다.(단 이용자가 사전에 공개에 대하여 동의한 경우와 법령의 규정에 의거하거나, 수사목적으로 법령에 정해진 절차와 방법에 따라 수사기관의 요구가 있는 경우에는 외부에 공개합니다.)

  1.  서비스제공에 관한 계약 이행 및 서비스 제공에 따른 요금정산콘텐츠제공, 특정 맞춤서비스제공, 정식구매인증, 구매 및 요금결제

  2. 고객관리고객 서비스 이용에 따른 본인확인, 개인식별, 불량 고객의 부정이용방비와 비인가사용방지, 인증 의사확인, 분쟁조정을 위한 기록보존, 불만처리 등 민원처리, 고지사항 전달

  3. 신규서비스 개발 및 마케팅/광고의 활용, 신규 서비스 개발, 통계학적 특성에 따른 서비스 제공 및 광고 게재, 서비스의 유효성 확인, 접속빈도 파악, 고객의 서비스 이용에 대한 통계

4. 이용자정보의 보유 및 이용기간

이용자의 동의 하에 수집된 개인정보는 해당 애플리케이션을 이용하는 동안 보유 및 이용되며 이용자가 별도로 개인정보 삭제를 요청할 경우에는 재생할 수 없는 방법으로 데이터베이스 내에서 완전히 삭제하며 추후 열람이나 이용이 불가능한 상태로 처리됩니다. 단, 관계법령의 규정에 의하여 보존할 필요가 있는 경우 회사는 아래와 같이 관계법령에서 정한 일정한 기간동안 개인정보를 보관합니다.

    • 상법, 전자상거래등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률등 관계법령의 규정에 의하여 보존할 필요가 있는 경우 회사는 관계법령에서 정한 일정한 기간 동안 고객 정보를 보관합니다. 이 경우 회사는 보관하는 정보를 그 보관의 목적으로만 이용하며 보존기간은 아래와 같습니다.

가. 회사가 수집/이용한 정보는 이용목적이 달성된 후 내부 방침 및 기타 관련 법령에 의한 보관 기간 동안 저장된 후 파기됩니다.

나. 전자적 형태로 저장된 개인정보 기록은 재생할 수 없는 기술적 방법을 사용하여 삭제합니다.

  1. 이용자 및 법정대리인의 요청에 의해 해지 또는 삭제된 개인정보는 4. 개인정보의 보유 및 이용기간에 명시된 바에 따라 처리하고 그외의 용도로 열람 또는 이용할 수 없도록 처리하고 있습니다.

  2. 위 내용을 충분히 인지하셨으며, 본 게임 사용을 위해 위의 내용에 동의하실 경우 '확인' 버튼을 누르신 후에 게임을 이용해 주시기 바랍니다. 동의하지 않으실 경우 어플리케이션을 종료하여 주시기 바랍니다.

The company collects personal information during the first execution of the game after purchase, during game use, and during network connections.

If the user requests the deletion of personal information separately, it will be completely deleted from the database in a way that cannot be reproduced, making it impossible to view or use it later. However, if there is a need to retain it according to the relevant laws, the company will retain the personal information for the period prescribed by the relevant laws as follows:
